BIOCONTROL is a research initiative aimed at revolutionizing the control of wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) through predictive control techniques. By creating dynamic mathematical models that forecast system behavior, we’re set to optimize the operation of WWTPs, cut energy consumption, reduce CO2 emissions and lower costs. This technology benefits existing facilities but also presents a remarkable opportunity for new installations in developing countries with limited wastewater treatment capabilities. BIOCONTROL is dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment, the economy, and the world.
