Being a point of historical reference for the continuous and quality education, research and development it offers to Greek society, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens has created the DEPARTMENT OF DIGITAL INDUSTRY TECHNOLOGIES <\/b>(DIND), as an intervention towards the 4th industrial revolution, known as Industry 4.0. The 4th industrial revolution aims at the coexistence and interaction of man and machine, in a unified physical, digital and biological world with indiscernible boundaries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Department targets to become a reference point in Greece and abroad in the area of Industry 4.0, centered on the collaboration of man and machine with intelligent technologies and the digital transformation of industry.
