The SIVITANIDIOS SCHOOL, bequeathed by Vassilios Sivitanidis, was founded in 1926 and was organized according to the standards of corresponding European schools, mainly the famous Parisian Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers at the time, and continuously trains craftsmen and professionals from the entire range of productive activities.

Today, three morning and one afternoon Vocational Lyceum (EPAL), a Vocational Education Institute (IEK) and a Lifelong Learning Institute (KEDIVIM) operate in SIVITANIDIOS SCHOOL in the context of supporting vocational education and initial and continuing training respectively.

The LABORATORY CENTER includes all areas of Vocational Education with more than thirty Guidance Laboratories and supports the education and training of pupils and students from twenty-four EPAL specialties, two EPAL Apprenticeship Departments and thirty-one IEK specialties, as well as the short-term training departments of KEDIVIM. In total, around 2,000 students are being trained, in addition to the participants in the lifelong learning programs of KEDIVIM.
